'Meditation for Self-Mastery' 5 Week Course.

Perhaps you feel drawn to meditation but you don't have a guide or haven't made the space to bring it into your life on a regular basis yet.This short course will give you a brilliant foundation with everything you need to begin or enhance your current meditation practice.

How it works:
Each week we will meet for 1 hour online.
Within each session we will explore a theme for the week to support your personal development & I will guide you through meditations to ease you into a practice.
What you will need:
* Notebook & writing implement.
* A comfortable & quiet space where you can either sit or lie down for the meditation sections. We will turn screens off at these points.
* Access to Zoom.
This course runs for 5 weeks from Monday 15th June up to & including Monday 13th July. Session times are either 9.30am - 10.30am or 7.30pm - 8.30pm.
