How do you move beyond reporting activity to understanding real impact?This Swop Shop session focuses on the “so what?”—exploring how organisations measure the difference they make for people and communities.
The session will begin with a short introductory input, followed by facilitated table discussions where participants can share ideas, tools and experiences in a supportive, informal environment.
We’ll explore:
• Storytelling and case studies
• Distance travelled and other practical tools
• The basics of Theory of Change
• Real-world challenges and solutions
Swop Shop sessions are designed to bring people together to learn from each other, so whether you’re new to impact measurement or have established approaches, your perspective is welcome.
