We are excited to welcome Laura Williams who will be helping us to spend an evening relaxing 🧘🏼♀️What can you expect from the experience:

✨ after the session Laura will be available to chat to anyone if you feel you need this 💛
Please bring a soft mat with you and some cosy blankets, we have chairs available for anyone who may struggle getting up and down from the floor
