International Yoga Day 2026 - Celebrating Wellness, Unity & Inner TransformationJoin us for the 12th International Day of Yoga on 21 June 2026, celebrating the themes “Yoga for Wellness, Wisdom & World Peace” and “Yoga for Women Empowerment", special occasion dedicated to promoting health, harmony, and Holistic well-being through the practice of yoga in Reading.
This event brings together people of all ages and backgrounds to experience the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga in a peaceful and welcoming environment.
Organised by The UK Holistic Wellness Hub - A community-driven wellness platform promoting holistic health, mindful living, yoga, meditation, and wellbeing initiatives across the UK in collaboration with renowned yoga, wellness, meditation, and spiritual organisations across the UK and cultural community networks to celebrate the timeless wisdom of yoga and holistic living.
About the Organisations involved:
Simplified Kundalini Yoga
Developed by Vethathiri Maharishi, Simplified Kundalini Yoga (SKY) as a practical system combining meditation, introspection, breathing practices, and moral living to help people achieve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being by awakening the kundalini energy.
Manavata
Founded by Shri Srinivasa Alluri, its mission is to create a “Healthy, Happy and Harmonious (3H)” world through yoga, education, environmental programs, selfless service, and human values.
PSSM (Pyramid Spiritual Societies Movement)
It is dedicated to spreading Meditation and Mindfulness for peaceful and harmonious living, through collaboration and partnership with like-minded individuals, masters, communities and organisations. We extensively Use Pyramid Energy for deepening Meditation practice. Pyramid Meditation Foundation UK, which is wing of Global Pyramid spiritual Societies Movement, India founded by our Master Brahmarshi Pitamaha Patriji.
