September Retreat
About
A mixed day of yoga in the morning, mindful walking after lunch and meditation to finish in the afternoon. Hosted at Roseland Farm in Derbyshire and led by Kat Stephenson in the morning and Paulo Karat in the afternoon. Price includes tea / coffee throughout the day and a vegan-friendly lunch.Please arrive by 09.45am for a 10am start. Any allergies or particular dietary requirements, let me know.
