Stanleys Allotment in Morecambe and The Storey in Lancaster have been using Ridan hot composters to recycle food waste from different sources into great compost.

Join this tour to learn more about how this works, and how Stanleys are using Bokashi to ferment the food waste from the community centre before composting it.
