This engaging and interactive workshop will help you understand why burnout happens, how to recognise the signs before they become a problem, and what you can do to maintain high performance without running yourself into the ground. Expect practical insights, honest reflection and realistic strategies that you can put into practice immediately.
During the session, participants will:
• Understand the difference between pressure, stress and burnout
• Recognise the personal and organisational warning signs of burnout
• Explore the impact burnout has on performance, productivity and decision-making
• Learn practical techniques to improve resilience and manage workload effectively
• Identify habits and behaviours that support sustainable performance
• Create a simple personal action plan to help maintain wellbeing while achieving results
The session is designed for business owners, managers, team leaders and employees who want to perform at their best whilst protecting their health, energy and long-term effectiveness.
About Laura Cadman
Laura Cadman is an experienced leadership consultant, executive coach and speaker who works with organisations across the UK to develop confident leaders, healthy workplace cultures and high-performing teams. Drawing on her experience as a former CEO and her work with organisations across the public, private and third sectors, Laura combines practical leadership expertise with behavioural science to help people achieve exceptional results without burning out.
