This group is designed to support children and families with school readiness.

Through fun and engaging activities, the sessions will focus on building relationships and developing social skills, physical development and growing independence all skills that help children to feel ready for the transition into school.

There will also be time for parents to chat, ask questions, and receive helpful advice and guidance on school readiness and how to support that at home.

Please book onto as many sessions as you are able to attend. Held in Torquay, Paignton & Brixham Family Hubs
