An 8 week programme just for girls - helping them to understand what's happening inside their own bodies, and know how to help themselves when the ARRGH takes over.

Perfect for girls aged 10-16 who:
- feel overwhelmed easily
- struggle with confidence
- get caught up in big emotions
- don't understand what's going on
