About
*Introductory offer - £88*A weekly get together for mums and babies age 6 – 12 months for six weeks. Run by local doulas, Ginny Croxford and Liz Wallis, this is a nurturing space designed to help you relax those shoulders, breathe deeply, and meet like minded mothers in your local area.
The focus of this six week course is for you to come away feeling seen, reassured, and relaxed because we have designed it around what you need to feel a bit more like you again.
Each session will begin with a cup of tea and something tasty and we will ease in with a chance to find out how you’re all doing. Each week we will cover a different topic and some sessions will include a short talk from a local professional to give you a little bit of reassurance, or advice regarding hot topics we all need to learn more about for the early months.
