A gentle magical session is designed to help children connect with their minds, emotions and overall wellbeing in a fun and nurturing environment.

During the session children will explore- connecting with crystal energies, a sharing circle to express emotions, breathing techniques, working with love and positive intention, guided meditation sound healing and relaxation
