As part of Small Charity Week (22–29 June), Lancaster District CVS are offering a limited number of free 1:1 organisational development health check sessions for small voluntary sector organisations.

These sessions are designed to help you take a step back, reflect, and identify practical next steps for strengthening your organisation.

During your session, we’ll work through a simple self-assessment checklist together, giving you the opportunity to reflect on your organisation’s current strengths, identify areas for development, talk through challenges in a supportive space and create a mini action plan with practical next steps

The health check will include:

• 💰 Funding & income sustainability
• 📊 Financial systems & processes
• 🧭 Strategic / business planning
• 🧑‍⚖️ Governance & leadership
• 👥 User-centred services & participation
• 🙌 Volunteering
• 🌍 External environment & partnerships
• 👩‍💼 HR / staffing

These sessions are ideal for small charities, community groups, voluntary organisations and social enterprises

Appointments are approximately 50 minutes each.

Places are limited – just 5 appointments on Wednesday 24^th June and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.  When you make your booking you will be allocated 1 ticket and asked for the name of one attendee.  Please note, you are welcome to bring another person from your organisation along with you to your appointment.
