The Jess’s’s’s
(Ireland)
The Jess's's's bring you endearing and hilarious characters in a world of possibility in longform improv. They are expert at exploring the odd little distances that can exist between people (or forest creatures or geological features) that actually might care about each other very much. Through a varied cast of characters they explore awkward feelings and the mechanics of love, all while displaying true affection for the human (or non-human) condition.
The Victor
(London)
POETRY x IMPROV
A unique improvised theatre experience that weaves live poetry and improv. Loosely based on a poetry slam, an ensemble alternates between poems created on the spot based on audience suggestions and improv scenes inspired by the poems.
Surreal, funny, and poetic!
Brigadiers
(Bulgaria)
We for a suggestion of anything at all from the audience followed by a short, non-confrontational Q&A about the suggestion, what made them think of this, emotional content, or any brief story behind the suggestion. Then we shall do scenes based on what inspires us without restrictions: following a timeline, a monoscene, multiple characters, or a short play. We strive for both emotional connection and whimsy in our improv play.
