Our networking session for June which will be led by the NIGF Steering Committee will explore what we mean by data brokers, exploring key considerations when using data brokers to support direct marketing and ensuring this is carried out in line with Data Protection and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations requirements. Members will have the opportunity to discuss relevant due diligence practices in relation to data brokers, what this may need to involve, how to ensure people are informed about how their data is used and that you have a clear lawful basis for using data in this way.Date
