Tumeric/Cumin/Dried Lime.
Gaza Style Roast Marinaded Chicken.
Sumac/Caramelised Onions/Pomegranate Molasses.
Iranian ‘Ghormeh Sabiz’ lots of herbs/Methi/Limes/ Kidney Beans simmered in a rich hearty aromatic broth.
Turkish Style Watermelon Salad. Dill/ Peppers/Chilli Olive Oil.
Baked Basmati Rice..Saffron/Aubergine/Courgettes/Mushrooms/Parsley.
