End the week differently.The Evening Wind Down Meditation is a guided small-group experience led by Cassim Rasool, designed to help you release the pressure of the week and move into a calmer, more restful state.
This session may include guided meditation, breath awareness, visualisation, Yoga Nidrā-inspired deep rest, reflective stillness and ambient soundscapes.
You do not need previous meditation or yoga experience. There is no physical yoga practice required. You can sit, lie down or use a chair.
This session is suitable for people who find it hard to switch off, feel mentally busy, or want a calmer transition into the weekend.
Mats, cushions and seating options will be available.
Places are limited to 15 people to keep the environment calm, spacious and carefully held.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before the session begins.
