Youth Bird Ringing Demo
About
Join us for a unique opportunity to get up close to wild birds and take part in important conservation monitoring work. This bird-ringing demonstration is open to young people in Year 5 and above (under 18s). Participants may attend either accompanied by an adult or independently.The session will take place at our Mann Wood site, a 92-acre woodland reserve. Together, we will explore the birds that live in the woodland, learn about bird-ringing techniques, and help monitor local bird populations to better understand their status and conservation needs.
