The Mysterious Bookcase is hosting a MAAS-ive party to celebrate the release of ACOTAR 6.Join us at The NICI Bournemouth as we celebrate all things ACOTAR, and count down to midnight for the release of book 6. There will be ACOTAR activities, themed drinks, a photo booth and more.
Date: Monday 26th October
Location: The NICI Bournemouth
Dress code: ACOTAR and fantasy themed costumes recommended.
Start time (depending on your ticket): Dinner from 18:30. Midnight launch from 21:30.

Join us for the countdown to midnight and be amongst the first to get your hands on a copy of ACOTAR 6. Meet fellow ACOTAR fans and share theories for the upcoming book. We'll have ACOTAR activities, themed drinks, a photo booth and more. Ticket includes a copy of your book and a drink.
A banquet with the Inner Circle (arrive at 18:30 dinner served at 19:00)
Before we get into the evening festivities, come dressed in your finest for a dinner with the inner circle. There are no actors attending, we are making our own inner circle tonight. We’ll be enjoying a beautiful three course dinner with a drink, before heading into the evening festivities. Ticket also includes a copy of your book and entry to the evening festivities.
Spend the night in Prythian - Add a NICI hotel stay
Looking for somewhere to stay after the event? Spend the night at the beautiful NICI hotel in one of their Inland Cosy Rooms. With a luxury spa, 30m outdoor pool and cabana area, fire pits and so much more, we can’t think of a better place to relax and start the newest ACOTAR book after our midnight release party. Hotel check-in is from 15:00. Breakfast included the following morning. This is an additional cost outside of the event ticket. Please contact The NICI to book.
Terms and Conditions
Important things to note:
- All tickets include a copy of ACOTAR 6 and a welcome drink.
- To book a hotel stay, please purchase your event ticket first. You will be given a code to book a room directly with The NICI in your event ticket email confirmation.
- Tickets may be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to The NICI at bournemouth@thenici.com and will be confirmed via email. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable. Booking and processing fees are non-refundable.
FAQ'S
Do you have parking?
Our onsite car park is available on a first-come, first-served basis
Guests can enjoy complimentary parking for the first 3 hours, with a charge of £5 per hour thereafter. For longer visits, overnight parking is available at a flat rate of £27 per night.
What time is check in/check out?
Check-in is from 3:00pm. If you’re arriving later than 11:00pm, please let our reception team know. Check-out is 11:00am.
Can I have a cot or extra bed in my room?
Many of our rooms can accommodate cots and extra beds. Our extra beds are z-beds, suitable for small children under 10. Please contact reception for availability.
Is the hotel accessible?
Yes! The party will take place on the ground floor which is all one level and easy to get to. If you are looking to book a room then please contact the organiser and we will ensure you are allocated one of our accessible rooms.
I have a dietary requirement, what do I do?
Please make a note of this in the 'dietary requirment/allergies' box, our team will be in touch to discuss your menu options
Do you have a vegan menu?
There is a vegan starter, main and dessert option on the menu chosen.
What if I have already pre-ordered ACOTAR 6 with The Mysterious Bookcase?
All event tickets come with a copy of ACOTAR 6. If you have already pre-ordered ACOTAR 6 with The Mysterious Bookcase, please email them to let them know you are attending the event. Include your event booking confirmation number, and your pre-order number for ACOTAR 6, and you will be refunded for your order with The Mysterious Bookcase.
