About
Ever wanted to preserve what's in season during summer for a winter's day?This practical session with Choon Key Chekar will use seasonal produce from local farms to demonstrate techniques for fermentation. It will take place on Friday, 4 September 10.30-13:30 at Summerhouse Community Farm. Lunch will be provided.
This session was one of the rewards offered through the Summerhouse Community Farm crowdfunder. There is a suggested donation of £40.
Donations will go towards the costs of running this session, alongside supporting the set up of Summerhouse Community Farm.
