Sociocracy offers a decision making framework and processes that seek to support dynamic, inclusive and productive meetings that make decisions by consent. It's based on the idea that people who work together are best able to make decisions for themselves.
Good facilitation and sociocracy are key to supporting the workings of FoodFutures, and in supporting innovative, horizontal, decision making processes. This session should offer some tools and inspiration to support you in enhancing the quality of meetings, decision making and governance of your community project.
