Join experienced natural dyers from Sewing Cafe Lancaster's Living Colour Team and learn all about the plants that grow locally, how to extract colours from them and how to create beautiful coloured fabrics that are good for you and the planet!The session will cover:
-An introduction to growing plants for natural dyes to decorate clothing.
- Dye and ink making
-A chance to try some eco-printing and understand processes for using natural dyes.
