CLIP/HARTLEPOOL CARERS FAMILY ALLOTMENT SESSION
About
We have teamed up with Hartlepool Carers to put on this family fun-filled session at our community allotment with something for everyone!Explore our community garden, get involved in planting, weeding, digging, and learn how to grow your own fruit and vegetables. There will also be arts and crafts, refreshments, and plenty of outdoor fun for the whole family to enjoy.
Our sessions are relaxed, welcoming, and as accessible as possible, providing a great opportunity to connect with nature, meet new people, and spend quality time together.
Important Information
🌼 There are no toilet facilities at the allotment, so we recommend using the toilet before you arrive. If you do need a toilet during the session, the nearest facilities are at McDonald's (Burn Road) or Tesco Extra.
While we have worked hard to make the allotment as accessible as possible, it is still an outdoor allotment. Some areas have uneven or rocky surfaces, so please take extra care when moving around the site.
Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing that you don't mind getting a little muddy or dirty.
