After the magic of our last dinner, Creative Dinner Club is back for September - and this one is a little different. 🤍Join us for a slow, feel-good evening where we take to the streets of Lancaster with our phones, learn to see the world a little differently, and finish around the table with bagels from Billy's Bagels at the Jailor's Barrel.
Local photographer Ginny Koppenhol believes that smartphone photography is an ideal way to build a daily creative habit.
Taking photos can boost mental health, keep us active, and promote social connection - and this evening she's bringing all of that to our table.
Ginny will kick off the evening with plenty of tips and tricks to help you create impactful images, and equip you with editing know-how using the free Snapseed app. She'll also provide some fun ways to take quirky photos too.
We head out together for a relaxed photography walk around Lancaster, putting it all into practice.
Back at the Jailor's Barrel, we'll settle in with bagels from Billy's Bagels while Ginny guides you through editing your shots from the evening into something you're genuinely proud of.
It's a very practical session, suitable for beginners through to those who feel more confident.
All you'll need is a fully charged phone and the free editing app Snapseed, downloaded to your device before the evening.
As always, there'll be great food, warm conversation and a table full of brilliant women. 🕯️
