We are committed to creating a school community where every family feels welcomed, valued and actively involved in their child’s education. Our new training programme supports schools to strengthen relationships with parents of children with SEND, recognising that the best outcomes happen when families and staff work together.
The training helps schools develop approaches that encourage parents in, making it easier for them to share their expertise, experiences and aspirations. It supports staff to understand the barriers families may face, and to build confidence through open communication, practical support and genuine collaboration
