About
This year's concert will take place at Ampthill Methodist Church.We are delighted to welcome the highly talented pianist Richard Powell will perform one of the greatest works in the orchestral repertoire: Rachmaninoff's Piano Concerto No. 2.
The programme also features a wonderful selection of orchestral favourites, including The Force of Destiny Overture by Verdi, the first movement of Kalinnikov's Symphony No. 1, the beautiful Intermezzo from Cavalleria Rusticana by Mascagni, and Finlandia by Sibelius.
This promises to be a thrilling evening of inspiring music, and we look forward to welcoming you for what is sure to be a memorable concert.
Please note that some seats have restricted views of the orchestra. However, the acoustics in the church ensure that you will be able to enjoy the full performance from every seat. We recommend arriving early to give yourself the best opportunity to choose a seat with an unrestricted view.
