Lancaster District Developer Forum Invitation

We would like to invite you to this year’s Lancaster District Developers Forum on Wednesday 30 September 2026, in the Committee Rooms in Morecambe Town Hall.Registration commences at 13:30pm, and the event will start at 14:00 and conclude at 16:30.
An agenda will be distributed shortly before the event. But it is likely to include:
- Local Government Reorganisation
- New Local Plan
- Spatial Development Strategy
- Lancaster Housing Needs Assessment
- Get Lancaster Moving (Transport Infrastructure)
- Heat Networks
- Development Management Update
Places are limited and Developer Forums are usually very well attended. For that reason attendance is restricted to no more than 2 people from each organisation. If there is additional capacity closer to the date of the event, then we will advise accordingly.
When we distribute the agenda, we will also send out confirmation of attendance to all those who have registered and provide travel and car parking advice.
