This is and informative and practical evening for young athletes, Sports Scholars and their parents.Expert speakers Dr David Garley from The Better Sleep Clinic, Chartered Physiotherapist Vicky Lewis-Baldy from Hybrid Health and Royal High Bath's Director of Sport, Heidi Baber, will share advice on nutrition, sleep, injury prevention, physiotherapy and taping.
The evening is designed to help young athletes improve performance, support recovery, and maintain their overall health and wellbeing.
This event is open to girls and parents from Royal High Bath, as well as those from other schools who wish to attend.
