Please come to this 12th Musical Meditation on Peace at Lancaster Friends Meeting House .
This event is a fundraiser for the solar well project in central Gaza, initiated by a Lancaster University graduate to serve his community in Gaza. The well has already been providing water for everyday use, and proceeds from this concert will go towards the costs of desalinating the water, so that it is safe to drink.
Lancaster based cellist Maja Bugge and pianist Pete Moser will play with Mina Salama on oud and nay and Howard Haigh on guitar.
It will be a contemplative and quiet space to reflect and come together.
