📢Food Security for Equitable Futures presents: SHORT COURSES II - 2026 - Online
Concepts and Methods in Food Insecurity Research in Global Majority Countries

Spaces are limited, so apply now by registering via this website!! Registrations must be submitted by 25th September 2026. We will be in contact with further details via email if you are selected.

The Short Courses Programme will kick off on 5th and 6th October with introductory sessions, which are mandatory for all selected participants. The remaining sessions will be held during October in 2-hour time slots, allowing participants to pick and choose the sessions that are most relevant to their interests and needs. We will share details of specialised sessions with applicants who are accepted onto the course.

Introductory Sessions:
5th Oct: 13:00 - 16:00 BST (Ethiopia 3pm, India 5.30pm, Italy 2pm, Peru 7am, Spain 2pm, UK 1pm, USA 8am EDT, Vietnam 7pm)
6th Oct: 13:00 - 16:00 BST (Ethiopia 3pm, India 5.30pm, Italy 2pm, Peru 7am, Spain 2pm, UK 1pm, USA 8am EDT, Vietnam 7pm)

Specialised Sessions - these will include a mix of lectures and and hands-on training:
