The Equinox is a powerful time of balance — light and dark, letting go and welcoming in. Together we'll reflect on what we are harvesting from the year, release what no longer serves us and make space for the abundance, creativity and possibilities of the season ahead.

And on our final morning, we come together for a collective group meditation, bringing in our angels and guides and opening our hearts to autumn abundance and creativity. ✨🙏

Then it's time to celebrate! With somatic belly dance, ecstatic dance and joyful movement, we'll shake out the old, raise our energy and close this beautiful journey together with love, laughter and gratitude. 💛
