Enjoy the opportunity to sample herbal drinks and delve into the traditional uses of plants in home remedies to stave off autumn/winter ailments.
A highlight of this workshop is the hands-on preparation of Fire Cider.
Learn how to craft your own Fire Cider using ingredients commonly found in the kitchen and garden.
This is a renowned traditional remedy celebrated for its ability to help aid digestion and boost immunity, an excellent addition to your autumn wellness toolkit.
You will take home your own personalised jar of Fire Cider as well as other herbal goodies.
(Please note that Fire Cider is non-alcoholic).
This is a small group workshop for 8 people.
Suitable for beginners as well as those with some prior knowledge of herbal medicine.
Led by Julia Russell, local herbalist and member of the Association of Master Herbalists. She has been teaching the many uses of plants for health and wellbeing for over 25 years.
