About
Our new GEMS Cycle Group gives girls aged 7-11years old the chance to have fun, make friends and build confidence through being on a bike. GEMS, in partnership with British Cycling, is designed to be a place where girls can laugh, learn, feel proud of themselves and discover that cycling is 'for them!'
How long is it?: 12 weeks, with one 60 minute session every Saturday afternoon commencing 26th September, the final session is on Saturday 12th December 2026. These sessions are FREE OF CHARGE, bikes and helmets can be provided if necessary, though feel free to bring your own bikes! There is no commitment to having to book for the full 12 weeks. The sessions will be run by Wendy (British Cycling Coach) and other members of the friendly Watchtree Wheelers team.
