There are four videos for you to work through.
Please ensure that you have purchased your Hypnobirth parent’s workbook prior to starting the course. You will need this to refer back to, and to practice the techniques.
The video tutorial will be available for 12 weeks to allow you to practice all the techniques that you have learnt.
Monthly Q & A sessions will be provided by our hypnobirthing trained midwives. You will be emailed details of these sessions.
