Pop-up Kitchen Dancing Disco Al Fresco (in person)
45 minutes of pop-up al fresco Kitchen Dancing fun in a Beeston park! Starting with a fun warm-up routine, we then combine an easy walk/jog around the park with more dance fitness. Great music from 70s disco, 80s pop, 90s dance right through to now with easy to follow dance fitness routines led by Jo.
