Learn a new skill, practice self defence in a non competitive environment. Work with your partner and not against them. We believe in improving ourselves and our partners.Non competitive Martial Arts.
Group bookings available every session - we only book one group per session, please use this ticket option for siblings or additional members that are attending with you.
Solo bookings - you will not need to share your session with anyone else. Once your booked on, we will close the booking system for that day to all other enquires.
