MOT4U - For Coach and Client Wellbeing
The course is based around the parts of a car, the analogy of each part representing and element of resilience or well-being, as well as each of the ICF core competencies.
The programme will be run over four online sessions (2 X 3.5 hours, 1 X 2 hours, 1 X 1 hour). Between sessions, delegates must complete pieces of reflective writing, demonstrating their learning and what they have implemented into their coaching practice. This programme is approved by the ICF for 12 CCEs (upon completion of all elements).
The MOT4U is a multi-layered programme to explore three fundamental aspects of coaching; the coach, the coaching practice, and the clients. This course explores the model from an interchangeable aspect, bringing multiple dimensions of learning and many ways to embed the learning for continued growth, beyond the learning intervention. The course is based around the parts of a car, the analogy of each part representing and element of resilience or well-being, as well as each of the (ICF) International Coach Federation core competencies (Association for Coaching and NBHWC pending!).
It is valid for 12 Continuing Coach Education Units.
The course blends synchronous (via Zoom) and asynchronous learning to provide maximum opportunity to embed learning.
