The local dance group Sahara Sisters will introduce you to this fun form of exercise. After a brief history of this dance form and a chance to examine some of the exotic costumes, there will be a chance to have a go with a gentle warm–up and then you will learn a couple of dance routines.
This session is suitable for those with mobility problems.
