Come and have a go at Nordic Walking around the wonderful grounds of Delapre Abbey.As part of the wellness weekend Space are running sessions for members of the community to come and have a go at Nordic Walking.
We supply the Fully Qualified instructor & Walking Equipment all you need to do is book up and then come along at the slot you have booked.
Please wear suitable walking footwear not sandles or trainers.
This is a “ Have a go experience “.
Please let the Instructor know if you have any medical issues prior to any activity.
