This one hour webinar will consider strategic financial planning for organisational development. It is an information giving session with only a small amount of interaction with the delegates.
By the end of this session, delegates will be able to:
• Identify the factors that make an organisation financially sustainable
• identify the principles of financial planning to support sustainability
• Identify the financial obligations that come with running an organisation.
This session is suitable for the following:
• Volunteers/paid staff that are part of a club/organisation committee
