BUST March Show – Blodeuwedd: The Woman Made of Flowers (SOLD OUT)
About
The world is cold and alien to Blodeuwedd who is trapped in an unhappy and unnatural marriage to Llew. When she meets nobleman Gronw Pebr, she has a chance to escape from her predestined fate. But first, Llew must die… Saunders Lewis’ well-loved play (English translation by Joseph Clancy) tackles conflicts between love vs lust, morality vs immorality, and loyalty to bloodline vs free will. We welcome you to be spellbound by this modern interpretation of the dramatic and classic tale, to the magical world of Welsh “Mabinogi” myth, folklore, tradition and history.
