I am a Behaviour consultant with over 20 years of experience in people management. I specialise in, developing a high-performance culture, leading, and building a winning teams, Business Growth Strategy and Change Management.

I provide tools and actionable strategies for use when hiring better talent, resolving conflict, increasing sales, bench marking, getting the right teams, coaching, and consulting.

My mission is to help people and businesses to move forward by using a strengths-based approach to their development. I combine coaching, training, and consulting with the most advanced and validated diagnostic tools such as NLP, Hypnotherapy and DISC.
