Joanne from Granby Marketing Services will be sharing her incredible journey. Joanne who started with the company back in 2000, and has been a majority shareholder since 2013, recently sold the business to its employees through the creation of an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) which has purchased 100 per cent of the company's shares.

Joanne will share her growth journey, challenges and how she made certain decisions as she started to consider her own exit strategy, with Granby and people at the heart of everything.

If you are thinking about succession planning, it promises to be an informative session with plenty of Q&A.

“Superhuman, Mike Newman, is a 9 times World Record Holder, but Mike was born completely blind! He had such a passion for cars and racing, he made it his lifetime ambition to make the impossible, possible. He is currently the fastest blind man on land and water on the planet!

Facing adversity and numerous challenges, through grit and determination to succeed, he did and through his charity, Speed of Sight, he as now helped 100s of children and adults, with disabilities have an experience like no other!

In the current climate, the challenges we are all facing as business owners, Mike will share his unbelievable journey, sharing how his attitude, mindset and sheer resilience helped him achieve such incredible achievements”.
