Then be reawakened to the sounds of therapeutic percussion.A sound bath is where you immerse yourself in sound frequency. Sound is all around you and creates a ‘bath’ of sound that is felt deep within. Using a trusted method, by the British Academy of sound therapy, the sound lowers brain frequencies creating a deeply relaxing, meditative state and encourages healing. You will leave feeling relaxed and restored.
