Parties are £12 per child
Minimum of 10 children for a party

Exclusive Party 5pm - 7pm are £15 per child
Minimum of 25 children for a party

Playbarn Party Terms and Conditions

Parties are for a minimum of 10 children children and a maximum of 30 children.
Exclusive parties the minimum is 25 children, there is no maximum.

Siblings will be charged the normal entry price and will not be catered for unless included in the party numbers.

The balance of the party must be paid in the Playbarn at the beginning of the party.

Confirmation numbers and food options must be confirmed with us by the Tuesday before the party.

We require a £50 deposit at the time of booking. This is non-refundable but may be transferred to another date subject to availability.

There must be at least 1 adult for every 5 children for the duration of the party. All children remain the responsibility of the adults in the party group.

You can bring your own cake, but other food is not permitted in the Playbarn. Please speak to a member of staff if there are any requirements regarding allergens.

We kindly ask that you do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes before your party time.

Please vacate the party room promptly when your party is over to allow us time to prepare for the next guests arriving.

If you wish to bring your own decorations, please only attach them to the party partition wall and nowhere else.

Please make yourself and your party guests aware of the rules of play before entering the Playbarn.

It is compulsory for all children and adults to wear socks in the Playbarn.
