Farm Party Terms and Conditions

Parties are for a minimum of 10 children and a maximum of 20 people

Birthday child gets 2 adult admissions free into the farm, invited children get 1 adult admission free.

Extra adults, children or siblings will be charged at full price for the farm and must be paid for on entry in exchange for a wristband, and they will not be catered for or included in the farm party.

The balance of the party must be paid in the Farm Shop on the day of the party.

Confirmation numbers and food options must be confirmed with us by the Tuesday before the party.

We require a £50 deposit at the time of booking. This is non-refundable but may be transferred to another date subject to availability.

All children remain the responsibility of the adults in the party group.

You can bring your own cake, but other food is not permitted in Greenlands Kitchen & Bistro. Please speak to a member of staff if there are any requirements regarding allergens.

All children and adults must wash their hands before leaving the open farm.

Please vacate the party room promptly when your party is over to allow us time to prepare for the next guests arriving.
