Join LA23NET for a lunch like no other.In April we’ll be taking over the bistro at The Yan, a converted sheep farm near Grasmere with a ‘come in your muddy boots’ attitude.
What’s on the menu?
A starter of Cumbrian canapes (think Cumberland sausage and Morecambe bay shrimp), a platter of herdwick meatballs and YFC (Yan Fried Chicken) sliders for main (with baba ganoush rarebit and goat's cheese as a veggie alternative), plus a traditional sticky toffee pudding for dessert.
What to expect?
In April, we’ll also welcome two guest speakers, one from The Yan and the other to be confirmed, who will talk about all things sustainability.
The LA23NET team will make sure everyone gets a chance to move around so you don’t need to worry about being stuck talking to the same people all afternoon. We’re also encouraging car sharing. When booking a ticket please specify if you’re interested in being part of a car share, and we’ll link attendees up who work close by or on a route
