Keynote Speakers
Caspar Berry
Our MC for the day will be Mark Francis, Uspire's Director of Organisational Learning, and he will be joined by Caspar Berry, a world leading speaker on Decision Making and Risk Taking.
A former actor on BBC1's Byker Grove alongside Ant & Dec, aged 23 Caspar made the life-changing decision to move to Las Vegas to become a professional poker player, and for the next three years made a good living pitting his wits against the game's best known players.
As a keynote speaker Caspar uses the metaphor of poker to understand risk taking and decision making - do you fold 'em or do you hold 'em?
Neil Mullarkey
Comedian and actor, Neil Mullarkey, draws on 35 years of performing, directing and improvising in theatre, movies and TV to deliver unique leadership and communication workshops. Neil will get us on our feet, practising fun and interactive skills to help us make decisions in the moment.
