This is a Special Interest Group for HR Professionals interested in Coaching.

Led by ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Sheela Hobden has created a thriving community of HR professionals who are either Independent or Internal Coaches, and those who Coach as part of their role, to share best practice. The sessions explore developmental opportunities and build strong relationships with each other through a peer to peer group spanning a broad range of topics.

We share knowledge and experience in all aspects of Coaching in a safe and confidential environment. Topics are the themes requested by members or emerging “news” coming from other professional bodies in Coaching, such as the ICF.

Each session will have a different topic, and guest speakers will be announced on an on-going basis.

Your host:

Sheela Hobden is an expert Coach, and founder of bluegreen Coaching.  She successfully supports people to give as much attention to themselves as those they serve. Specialising in executive level professionals, her style is challenging yet supportive.  Sheela is praised for her intense listening ability.  She is highly skilled at preserving and holding space for exploration and discovery to progress challenges, across the professional and personal spectrum.

She holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation, is fully CIPD qualified and has extensive experience in workplace resilience and well-being.  She is currently leading a research project, asking, which elements of resilience and wellbeing are impacted by workplace coaching. She created the MOT4U, a coaching model rooted in resilience and wellbeing, which forms part of this work.

Her creative coaching stands out from the crowd.  On top of helping smart people like you get ahead of the game, as a Mentor Coach; she partners with other coaches to sharpen their skills, grow the profession, AND, as Coach Supervisor, is the Lead for Coach Supervision with The Joyful Doctor.
