ALL DELEGATES
Please ensure that you book the correct ticket type to save time re-booking.
NB All bookings with a fee must be paid for prior to the conference to guarantee attendance.
GROUP DELEGATE BOOKINGS
Please note that a booking confirmation email will ONLY be sent to the Lead Booker.
For bookings of 5+ delegates, please contact massimo@futurescot.com for a group booking discount.
DELEGATE ACCESS
Your full day delegate pass allows you access to:
All speaker sessions, masterclasses, leadership streams and networking areas.
Ten days after the conference you will receive a password allowing access to all cleared speaker presentations.
If you are no longer able to attend the conference, you must notify massimo@futurescot.com
CPD ACCREDITATION
Health & Care Transformation 2024 qualifies all conference attendees to 8 hours of certificated CPD credits.
This is part of your respective conference package, and we hope that you take full advantage of the benefits on offer.
LUNCH & REFRESHMENTS
Complementary refreshments and lunch will be provided throughout the day.
Please let us know if you have any dietary health requirements or allergies when registering.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Please inform us if you require any additional access support at the venue.
STUDENTS
Students must register only with prior agreement of the organiser.

If you do not notify us 7 days in advance, a £99+VAT no-show charge will be levied.
