Welcome to the booking page for the Bolton School Decade Reunion, thank you for considering attending your school reunion this September - we cannot wait to see you! If you are not currently registered with the Development Office and therefore we may not have your up to date contact details, please complete the form here.

Please note that bookings via this site will end on the 15th September, 2023. For bookings after this date, please contact the Development Office on 01204 434718, to enquire about availability.

N.B Bookings made after the 15th September, may not appear in the programme due to print deadlines.

Parking is available on campus for this event and details will be sent out in the week of the event.

For guests with a Blue Badge permit, we have a limited number of spaces that can be reserved, please indicate on your booking if this is required.

For any guests who feel they may require mobility assistance on the day (there are lifts available for guests) please do contact us to discuss how we can assist. 

Children are welcome to attend on the day, however please note that the lunch is served between 1.00 and 2.00pm. Guests are served in table order and there may be a waiting time. Please bear this in mind.

The bar will be open for drinks as you enter the Dining Hall and will be available throughout the lunch.

We love to hear from former pupils with whom we may have lost contact. Please do let your school friends know about the reunion event and encourage them to come along! Please ask them to update their contact and consent details here.

Photographs taken on the day are used for promotional purposes such as the Newsletters and the website. If you do not wish your photo to be used for these purposes, please do let us know in advance.

We love to see photographs of our Alumni and we display these as a PowerPoint on the day for all guests to see - if you have any photographs that can be used for this purpose then please do email them to development@boltonschool.org and include the name and year of the people pictured.

Bolton School merchandise will be available on the day to buy, so please do take the time to check out the merchandise stall.

Our reunions, although held annually for Alumni who left school in specific year groups (this year - 53, 63, 73 etc) we welcome any member of the Alumni community to come along and share the day with us. If you would like to gather a group of friends for a mini-reunion or if you know there were people in other year groups who would enjoy the trip down memory lane, please do encourage them to buy a ticket and join us for the day.
